At Beyond Bage, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please read the policy below carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return: * Items must be unused and in their original condition * Items must be returned in original packaging where possible * Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on: * Used items * Personalised or custom-made products * Items damaged through misuse or improper handling * Sale or clearance items unless faulty Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: * Your order number * A description of the issue * Clear photographs of the item and packaging Where appropriate, we may offer: * A replacement * Store credit * A refund Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless: * The item is faulty * The wrong item was sent * The item arrived damaged We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Beyond Bage cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing period: 1. Check your bank account again 2. Contact your payment provider or bank 3. Contact us if the issue continues
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the returns process outlined above.
