We aim to ensure your order arrives safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 working days unless otherwise stated. During busy periods, launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
UK Shipping Only
Beyond Bage currently ships within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Methods
We use trusted courier services including Royal Mail and other selected delivery partners where appropriate. Shipping options and prices will be displayed at checkout. Delivery Times Estimated delivery times are: * Standard UK Delivery: 2 to 5 working days * Tracked Delivery: 1 to 3 working days Please note these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Where tracking is included, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Beyond Bage cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
Once parcels have been handed to the courier, delivery responsibility transfers to the courier service. However, we will always do our best to help resolve any issues. Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: * Your order number * Clear photographs of the packaging * Clear photographs of the damaged item(s) Failure to provide evidence within this timeframe may affect our ability to process a claim.
Lost Parcels
A parcel will only be considered lost after the courier’s investigation period has passed. This timeframe may vary depending on the courier used. We are not responsible for: * Parcels delayed by the courier * Incorrect delivery addresses entered by the customer * Parcels marked as delivered by the courier Incorrect or Missing Items Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if: * An item is missing * You received the wrong product * There is a fault with your order Contact Us If you have any questions regarding shipping or your order, please contact us through our website contact form or social media channels.
